What is it?

The most effective training outcomes for delegates are ensured by having some ongoing contact with and support from the trainer

This can take various forms:-

  • a follow-up ‘workshop’ 6 to 12 months after the initial training programme – this would normally be based around actual components or specifications provided by the client.
  • periodic tutorials held on-site – these again would primarily focus on ‘real-life’ parts or drawings.
  • refresher courses at 1, 2 or 3 yearly intervals.
  • one-to-one support for individuals, consisting of a mixture of face-to-face tutorials or discussions, telephone and email support.

Other support arrangements can also be disussed.

Who is it for?

This service is primarily intended for organisations who have run one of our training programmes, but we would be happy to talk to other organisations who feel that they would benefit from this.
