Technical Support
The most effective training outcomes for delegates are ensured by having some ongoing contact with and support from the trainer
This can take various forms:-
- Afollow-up ‘workshop’ 6 to 12 months after the initial training programme – this would normally be based around actual components or specifications provided by the client.
- Periodic tutorials held on-site – these again would primarily focus on ‘real-life’ parts or drawings.
- Refresher courses at 1, 2 or 3 yearly intervals.
- One-to-one support for individuals, consisting of a mixture of face-to-face tutorials or discussions, telephone and email support.
Other support arrangements can also be disussed.
